Because we delegate selected times and days to service our customers, last minute cancellation or rescheduling negatively affects our already planned day. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it should be done 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise you will be charged $60 for CANCELED appointments and $30 for RESCHEDULED appointments.

Typically it takes 3-5 hours to complete a service. However it could take longer depending on the work load.

We use eco friendly products. Clients also have the option to provide specific product of their choice.

Yes! We offer discounted services to our recurring customers. Whether weekly, biweekly, or monthly. ( clients must do at least 3 consecutive cleanings to receive discount). We also have yearly discounts that will be found on our home page.

Yes we are licensed and insured.

Pets are a part of the family. We ask that during service you keep your pet somewhere they’d be most comfortable.
